Using state of the art software, The PCat™ inspires extraordinary achievement. In just 4 sessions you will articulate goals and values, create developmental tracks that reflect these values, and plan the concrete steps necessary to get on track!

My clients experience a greater level of commitment and an increased ability to quickly focus their resources.

The PCat ™ consists of seven steps that successively build upon each other helping participates create a focused map for their future that is deeply heartfelt, inspiring and realistically attainable.

The PCat™ is guaranteed to…

  • give you a timetable and framework for making choices about what you want to do with your life!
  • enables you and your coach to monitor progress quickly and in a more meaningful way.
  • increase your focus and change the way you look at your challenges!
  • give you a greater appetite for self-reflection, for self acceptance leading to less externalizing problems and projecting them onto others.
  • decreased need for crisis management and conflict resolution.
  • compatible with any and all other training and/ or therapy – giving all these other tools a sticky surface to adhere to.

PCat™ – Seven Steps to creating your future today!

The first step:
Write a vision statement – a description of what your life is like 3, 5 or 10 years from now. Ask yourself, WHAT DO I REALLY WANT? And we will capture your vision in the PCat™ software.

Step 2:
Challenge yourself to come up with 100 initiatives needed to get to that vision! And we’ll list them in the software.

Step 3:
Group these initiatives together based on similar outcome. For example on my list is save money, get driver’s license, buy car…these might be grouped together because the outcome is transportation!

Step 4 and 5:
I ask you a series of questions to find your true priorities… what are you going to do first? And where are you in accomplishing these initiatives… are you in the planning stages or are things underway?

Step 6:
This is really cool. All this information is put on a graph called a matrix which gives you a visual or picture of where you are and what you need to get there.

The 7th and final step:
Sit back and take in the results of your hard work and then get into an action with specific project plans for each of these initiatives, grouped by similar outcomes with time frames and due dates that you chose!

When you complete your PCat™ you have a 16-page report guiding your future. Things can and will change but your vision – if it’s big enough – will take this into account!
