WHY I’M TRYING OUT FOR MY OWN SHOW
Because I want to make a difference. To rally people. Help them hit the re-set button on their perspectives. Make them laugh and cry until they swim willingly toward the beach of awareness and action. To re- feel that all-powerful core of their human self and do something with it. To put this big mouth and even bigger personality to work for such a cause is my life’s purpose.
I’m entering the Wildcard category with a working show concept – “Merci Miglino – everyday evangelist for the superficial and the spiritual, the concrete and the unconscious and the significant and the lightness. Think Joan Rivers with a heart and soul and no plastic surgery (yet, but I’ll entertain all makeover offers). Mother Teresa with more outfits, Tony Robbins only shorter and female. Betty White without the white hair and the 88 and half years old shtick… It’s funny and sweet and edgy and real and true and uplifting and, well, you get the point.
